Our Mission is to provide virtual and in-person circles in the United States, Europe, and beyond to support people to know the best of themselves, and to make peace with those parts most challenging.
Vision
Our vision is for thousands of men worldwide to support each other through the tools and spaces provided via the Gold Mining Circles and Gold Mining Adventure programs.

The Gold Mining Circle is a space for people to support each other in developing themselves through mission. Born out of the four-round structure common to men's work, each circle or meeting flows through a Lover, Warrior, Magician, and King round. Every participant has an opportunity to work through current and longstanding challenges that keep them from harnessing, experiencing, and expressing their inner gold. Concurrently, each participant supports others in the group through active listening and development processes. In most cases, virtual and in-person meetings lasts two hours.
